Chocolate Centre Cookies!!

This is literally the best cookie recipe I've ever tried! My friend and I found this revipe which claimed to taste like Millie's Cookies so of course we had to try it. Let me tell you it's not lying. They taste so good so I thought I'd share with you guys how we made them.

DISCLAIMER - We edited the original recipe and the ingredients to make it our own.

This recipe makes 15 cookies
Ingredients
* 125g butter (it may help to put it in the microwave for a about 10-20 seconds)
* 100g brown sugar
* 125g granulated sugar
* 1 egg (it may help to lightly beat it beiber you put it in)
*  225g self-raising flour (or plain flour with 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder)
*  Pinch of salt
* 15 even square of chocolate

Equipment
* 1 large mixing bowl
*  Whisk (an electric one is best)
* Baking Tray
* Grease Proof paper (or line the tray with oil or butter)
* Sieve
* Wooden spoon

How to make -
1. Pre heat the oven to 150 degrees
2. Cream the butter, sugar and the egg together using a whisk. If you want to add any flavouring put them in now.
3.  Sift the flour into the bowl and mix using a wooden spoon. You want the mixture to stick together without leaving any in the surface. If it becaimesto dry and a bit of water a table spoon at a time.
4. Take small pieces of the dough and add a square of chocolate to the middle. Roll it until the piece of choclate is at the centre.
5. Put the cookie dough into the baking tray and into the oven. It may look like they're melting for a few minutes but don't worry mine did that and they turned out great.
6. Leave in the oven for around eight minutes and leave to set for two minutes before puting them on a cooling rack.

It here cookies are best served hot so if you want to eat them later, put them in the mor or wave for about 20 seconds.
